Traditional restaurant Njegusi, Tavern Kod Pera na Bukovicu is the oldest facility of its kind in Montenegro, which is licensed to operate back in 1881. And without interruption operates since then. The café was owned by the Milosevic family, who were its founders. Name Kod Pera na Bukovicu was given in honor of one of the main founders, Pero Milosevic. After his retirement job inherits his brother’s wife Zorka, which for many years was the owner, but this cafe sometimes popularly called “To Zorka”. After Zorka retirement tradition continues, and the current owner is her son Branislav. Employees are strictly family members, so the reception of guests and care for them with familiarity.

Tavern Kod Pera na Bukovicu is located in the village of Njegusi, next to the old road from Njegusi to Cetinje via Kotor (15km from Cetinje and 30km from Kotor) on 1150mnv in a natural mountain environment. It has three terraces that are located in the shade of an elm, lime and cherry, with a capacity of 220 places to sit. Inside the café is the hall, which is almost not touched all these years, which can accommodate about thirty people. It has parking space suitable for buses. Within the building there is an old drying kiln in which meat products prepared in the traditional way, and guests have the opportunity to visit and with a glass of homemade grape brandy, hear something about the process of preparing these products.

In the tavern Kod Pera na Bukovicu are offered typical domestic Njegusi specialties like smoked ham, cheese, sausages … as well as the house specialty Mead.
